TCT 630 Windrow Turner

Overview

The TCT 630 Windrow Turner is designed to optimize the turning, aerating, and conditioning of windrows, ensuring faster decomposition and higher-quality compost. With a larger drum for increased capacity, it efficiently lifts and inverts material, creating the ideal conditions for microbial activity. Engineered for high-volume operations, the TCT 630 reduces manual handling while improving oxygen flow and moisture balance, making it an essential machine for large-scale composting.

At the core of the TCT 630’s design is its latest generation rotor, engineered to efficiently lift, aerate, and homogenize windrows while minimizing the shredding of contaminants. This ensures downstream processing remains efficient, preventing complications from overly fragmented impurities.

The TCT 630 features a patented control system that automatically adjusts windrows for optimal positioning, ensuring seamless and consistent operation. Unlike conventional turners, the TCT 630 eliminates the need for a dedicated cabin and complex ventilation systems, significantly reducing maintenance requirements and overall operating costs.

With a larger drum and increased throughput capacity, the TCT 630 is designed for high-volume composting operations. Its compact yet powerful design allows for quick and safe transport between job sites, reducing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Equipped with “Turn-and-Go” functionality, the TCT 630 supports semi-autonomous operation, streamlining workflow and reducing operator workload. The radio-controlled system, with pre-installed work programs, ensures exceptional process quality while delivering up to 25% fuel savings. For enhanced operator comfort, an optional cab is available, providing safety and convenience during extended shifts.

Purpose-built for efficiency, reliability, and ease of use, the TCT 630 delivers superior windrow turning performance, making it the ideal solution for largescale composting operations seeking maximum throughput and minimal operational costs.
