Astec 9200 Series Sand Plants are engineered for efficient,

high-capacity sand processing, delivering improved classification accuracy and consistent high-specification final products. Designed for medium to large-scale aggregate operations, they are well suited to producing manufactured or natural sand for use in concrete, asphalt, and construction applications.

The system uses a modular wet processing design incorporating cyclones, dewatering screens, slurry pumps, and classification equipment to wash, separate, and recover sand fractions. This removes excess fines, clays, and contaminants while maximising usable material recovery and improving overall product quality.

The Astec 9225 configuration can be supplied in portable,

semi-portable, or stationary layouts, providing flexibility to match site requirements and production demands.
